‘Think Bubbles’ (Mind Mapping) is a visual thinking tool that mirrors how your brain actually works: through association. By starting with a central idea and branching outwards, you create a non-linear map that reveals relationships, hierarchy, and hidden opportunities in a way that lists never can.
Radiant Thinking
Your brain doesn’t think in straight lines. It thinks in webs of association. Think Bubbles allow you to capture that complexity without getting lost in it.
Start with a Central Image
Put your main problem or topic in the center of a blank page.
Example: “Product Launch 2026.”
Add Main Branches
Draw thick lines radiating from the center. Each line represents a major theme.
- Marketing
- Development
- Target Audience
- Budget
- Timeline
Branch Out with Keywords
From each main branch, draw thinner lines (sub-branches) for details. Use single keywords instead of sentences.
- Social Media
- PR
- Influencers
- Launch Event
Make Cross-Connections
Look at branches that are far apart. Do they connect? Use arrows to link them.
An arrow from “Influencers” (Marketing) to “Budget” reveals that influencer costs are a major bottleneck.
Practice
Central Idea: “A Family Vacation.” One main branch is “Destination.” List 3 sub-keywords that explore different types of destinations (e.g., Beach, Mountains).
